History

1970

First Radio Components Factory was founded in 1970. Main products were Carbon Film Resistors, Ceramic Rods for Resistor, Electron Tube Sockets, Light Sensitive Resistors and Thermistors.
1992
Stock reforming, Chaozhou Three-Circle Group founded.
1993
New industrial district was under construction.
1997
Guangdong Provincial Research Center of Electronic Ceramics Engineering Technology was established.
1999
In 1999, CCTC established a staff share holding company, CTREI, as the parent company of CCTC.
2003
 Awarded as Guangdong Provincial Technological Center.
2008
Awarded as Guangdong Provincial Innovative Enterprise and Top 100 Private Enterprise of Guangdong Province in 2006-2007.
2010
CCTC has been selected as “Guangdong Top 100 Nongovernmental Enterprises in 2008-2009”.
2011
Awarded as “Key Strategic Enterprises of Emerging Industries in Guangdong”.
