1970	First Radio Components Factory was founded in 1970. Main products were Carbon Film Resistors, Ceramic Rods for Resistor, Electron Tube Sockets, Light Sensitive Resistors and Thermistors.
1975	Radio Components and Ceramic Parts Enterprise.
1984	Imported a whole production line for resistors and ceramic rods, and put it into mass production.
1985	Imported production line for caps of resistors, with various types resistors.
1987	Imported Metal Oxide Film Resistors product line.
1989	Company was renamed as Local State-Owned Radio Components and Ceramic Parts Enterprise.
1992	Stock reforming, Chaozhou Three-Circle Group founded.
1993	New industrial district was under construction.
1997	Production Line for alumina substrates put into production. And CCTC became the only enterprise for producing substrates for chip resistors.
1997	Guangdong Provincial Research Center of Electronic Ceramics Engineering Technology was established.
1999	Imported facilities for Microwave Dielectric components.
1999	In 1999, CCTC established a staff share holding company, CTREI, as the parent company of CCTC.
2000	MLCC production line was put into production.
2001	Ceramic Ferrules For Fiber Optic Connectors production line were put into operation to manufacture Ceramic Ferrules, Sleeves and Adapters.
2003	Awarded as Guangdong Provincial Technological Center
2004	Ceramic cord, Ceramic PCB and Ceramic Metallization have been put into production.
2005	CCTC became an industrial base of Advanced Ceramics and R&D center.
2008	Awarded as Guangdong Provincial Innovative Enterprise and Top 100 Private Enterprise of Guangdong Province in 2006-2007.
2008	SMD PKG products, LED PKG products, GTM products.
